Global Research Immersion Program for Young Scientists (Grips)

Wednesday 14th August 2024

Venue：Zijingang Campus，Zhejiang University，Hangzhou

14:00-17:20	Arrival & Registration Please meet us at the Lobby of International College. ZJU students are required to visit the registration desk to pick up their Certificate of Completion.
17:30-18:30	Welcome Dinner (3rd Floor, East Dining Hall) We invite all the students and guests to get to know or reconnect with each other. Please assemble at the International College lobby at 17:20 to board the shuttle bus to the East Dining Hall.
End of Program
18:30-	Campus Tour (optional) Please refer to the map.

Thursday 15th August 2024

Liangzhu Museum Tour

Registered students only
Please assemble at the International College lobby at 8:20 to board the shuttle bus for transportation to the Museum.

13:00-17:00

9:50-10:30	Presentation by Poster Distinction Award Winners (30 mins) Poster Awards presented to the winners by Prof. Jianghong Zhou, Vice President of Zhejiang University (10 mins)

10:50-11:20	Grips Certificates of Completion presented to students

Grips 2024 closes

Meal Arrangement
Vouchers will be provided for the 3-day closing events. Please locate them in the registration bag.
With the exception of the Welcome Dinner on 14th August, all the other meals will be served on the 2nd floor of Chengyue Canteen.

1. The weather forecast for Hangzhou from 14th to 16th August predicts mostly sunny and hot conditions, with temperatures reaching highs of 36 degrees Celsius and lows of 27 degrees Celsius. Remember to keep cool and prevent heatstroke.

3. On the morning of 15th August, please board the bus in an orderly fashion; in the afternoon, proceed to your assigned visit locations with your designated groups.

4. On the morning of 16th August, please take your seats in the row according to the seating arrangement chart, and proceed to the stage row by row to receive your Grips Certificates of Completion.
