STAGE 1 -Prepare for your application. Before you start your application, you should:
Read all guidance carefully, and familiarize yourself with the Grips application process.
Find a PI by browsing our Projects. We suggest you to reach out to them directly to know more about the projects.
Prepare all needed application materials listed below, beforehand.
When filling the application form, you are only allowed to choose a maximum of two PIs of your interest from the four host universities, however, you will be admitted to only One PI’s project.
Be aware that your application should be submitted before the application portal closes. Applications submitted late will not be processed, reviewed, or considered.
STAGE 2 -Click the “Apply Now” button, and proceed to fill in the online application form and submit required application materials.
STAGE 3 –Submit your application online by March 1, 2026.
STAGE 4 -Wait for the admissions team to contact you via email. It is important to provide a valid and correct email address in the application form and monitor your inbox regularly.
Applicants must be full-time registered undergraduates or graduates at their home university.
Undergraduates should have completed at least two years of study at home university, preferably juniors or seniors in a related discipline.
Applicants should have an Academic Excellence record with a CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of ‘B’ or above.
